The NSW Greens have campaigned against over-development in the NSW Parliament and together with local communities.
The Greens have worked hard to expose the link between the millions of dollars of developer donations that flow into the coffers of the major parties in NSW and the erosion of our state's planning laws.
Greens MP Sylvia Hale is the current NSW Planning and Local Government spokesperson. She recently introduced a private member's bill to Ban Developer Donations before the 2008 local government elections, but the major parties voted it down.
